Miso Ramen-味噌
ラーメン

My favourite type of ramen! It's usually made with chicken or pork stock and seasoned with miso (fermented soybean paste).

Tonkastu-トンカツ

This is breaded and fried pork served with grated chouhou and tonkatsu sauce. It is also served with rice and sesame seeds. Many restaurants serve "okawari" or "お代わり" in Japanese. You can have rice/miso soup as much as you like!

Omurice-オムライス

It's rice sautéed, usually with chicken, with an omelette on top (which is a bit slimy). It's one of my favourite dishes!

​Chanpon-
ちゃんぽん

These are stir-fried noodles, a speciality of Nagasaki! If you can't make it there, there's a chain called "Nakgasaki champon" (長崎ちゃんぽん) where you can try them!

Curry Udon-
カレーうどん

Mos Burger- モスの菜摘

It's a burger chain in Japan that offers burgers without bread and with salad! (If I remember correctly, it's also vegetarian!

Tempura Udon-
天ぷらうどん

It's udons (thick wheat noodles), beef and curry!

It's also one of my favourite dishes! I'm a big fan of Japanese curry and udon!

Melonpan-メロンパン

It's not a dish, but I love melonpans! They're a bit like brioches with a slightly crunchy top. You can find them everywhere!
